Once a package is delivered to our UK address, it will take roughly a maximum of 7 days to receive the package.
No account is needed to be created for orders to be processed
We currently do not have this option available. All packages must be ordered or posted to our UK address.
Duty charges may occur. We will always advise if any items you are ordering will prompt clearing/duty/custom charges. Any clearing/duty/custom charges will be communicated to the client for payment to be made before receiving your package.
Packages are charged based on the overall weight and dimension of the package. In terms of dimensions, this is added to the overall weight of the package.
There are no restrictions to items being shipped. We will always verify if there are any items that may seem questionable for delivery.

Any delivery charges will be communicated

Refunds only occur if you are able to communicate to us to cancel the delivery before it leaves the sorting facility in the UK, item(s) leaves the UK or arrives in Ghana
